My Visit to Jinsu Pipe Fittings Mould Factory

With my Egyptian customers, I had visited several factories on that day, and Jinsu Moiuld factory was the last one. It left me a deep impression.

Jinsu is not a very big factory. As we went into its first workshop, few people was seen. It was not weekend, where was the worker? All I could see were moulds which had been already made. The engineer showed us their products, especially the one which had got their own patent. The moulds can improve efficiency by 20%, and is very convenient to fix into the machines. This is the first key point which has impressed me.

Then, we went into the second workshop. This time, we could see 4 to 5 workers, they were all doing some, to say, some perfection  to the moulds (for I'm not a mould professor, but my client knows it very well). Whers were their machines? We had seen big machines in other factories. And I was confused about how they make the moulds. I got the answer in the third workshop. Many workers and over 10 machines (although I don't know what they were used for). Workers were very busy, but everything seemed in order. I could find no clus of disorder, even the ground was clean except for some metals which was of no use. How could a workshop keep so fine a working condition? This is the second key point.

The third. We went to their showroom at last. I cannot believe my own eyes, it looks like very well with products arranged neatly on the shelves, and with lights shined brightently. Their products---pipe fittings ranges from large ones I can sleep in it to small ones my little finger even cannot put into it. My client went around and looked carefully at every item. I could see from his eyes he was more satisfied with this factory, especially with the patented mould.
